Chad has been in the Real-Estate and Mortgage industry for right at 20 years. From selling homes for top dollar, or buying homes for the best price, to mentoring and coaching other agents the processes and systems it takes to make sure home sellers and buyers get the best possible outcome, Chad has done it all! When it comes to real estate, Chad believes that training and keeping up with the market and continuing to learn and grow is not something you did, but something you do! A born a raised North Texas native, he has seen the growth and knows the area, as well as the new up and coming homes in all areas. A lot of agents come to the area and can tell you what they have read. Chad can tell you what he knows! This is why buying or selling a home with Chad is an experience that is stress and worry free.
